I had a great first time experience from this company. The website was easy to use and navigate through. I was especially happy that being within Canada I didn't have to pay for shipping (all the other companies I had looked at that sold Embryolisse charged an arm and a leg!) The shipping was very quick and the product was well packaged! And I was pleasantly surprised to find 2 samples inside to try. Thank you so much and I will definitely be back soon!

I read about this site from a forum, heard good things, so decided to look it up myself. I think this is now my favorite beauty shopping website! First, the layout of the site itself is very simple, easy to use, and visually pleasing. Products here are also hard to find, and in some cases, impossible to find in generic makeup stores. I just recieved my first purchase, the Embryolisse Lait-Creme. This product is essential in my day to day routine, and the only store that sold it in Toronto just closed. THe entire buying process was simple and reliable. Shipping only took 2 days, and was free! It came with 2 free sample, and packaging was very nice. I also received a #2.00 discount with my first purchase, and the loyalty program lets you redeem future points for more discounts. With my item, I also received a personalized and signed letter thanking me for my purchase, which was a great surprise. Overall, I am usually reluctant to buy things online, but this was just such a great experience I'd definitely buy from this site again.

I'd like to first comment on the great customer service received with this first time order! The shipping was extremely quick, I received the product within a day-wow! and it was free shipping.
The eye cream has been used regularly since I received it; which is a month and a half now. It has a pleasant smell, vanilla, it goes on very silky and not at all oily. It feels great and has diminished dark circles within 2 weeks, and I never realized I even had dark circles. I simply noticed that my under eyes were a lot brighter one morning.
I wouldn't say this is a miracle cream for puffiness though, it helps somewhat. I use this every morning regardless due to the fact that it is natural, lightweight, smells good and is hydrating, and helps with the brightness around the eyes. It is very affordable and I will continue to use and would recommend it.

I have to say that I am very impressed with the customer service from Kuo Cosmetics. Some items were out of stock from my order and they let me know right away. The CS rep on the instant chat was very helpful and answered a lot of the questions that I had on the products themselves and gave me some useful suggestions.
